3. How do I enroll?
At AmericInn.com
Visit AmericInn.com/Rewards and enter the required information. A membership number will be sent to your email address shortly after you’ve signed up. You will also receive your Easy Rewards membership card in the mail within three to four weeks.
At the hotel
Let the front desk person know that you would like to join the Easy Rewards program. They will provide you with your membership card during check-in. After check-out, you will receive a welcome email asking you to activate your account. While you will receive points prior to activation, you will only be able to redeem your points after activation.
Through the AmericInn Reservations line – 800-634-3444
Let the call agent know that you would like to join the Easy Rewards program. The agent will add your new membership number to your reservation so you can begin to earn points for your next stay. You will then receive a welcome email asking you to activate your account. While you will receive points prior to activation, you will only be able to redeem your points after activation. You will receive your Easy Rewards membership card in the mail within three to four weeks.

9. How do I earn points?
Each eligible program room night is worth one point. Sign up for Easy Rewards by AmericInnSM at the hotel front desk or online at AmericInn.com/Rewards.

10. How do I redeem my points?
After earning at least ten points, redeem them by signing into AmericInn.com/Rewards and clicking “Redeem Points” in the left-hand navigation.
Ten points can be redeemed for a $40 check or a $50 AmericInn room voucher.
When you redeem points for a $40 check, the check will be mailed within three to four weeks.
When you redeem points for a $50 AmericInn room voucher you will receive an email shortly after redemption.

11. Do my points expire?
Points do not expire as long as you have had at least one point-eligible stay in the last 24 months.

13. Do members earn Easy Rewards points when using a $50 room voucher?
Yes, you will still receive Easy Rewards points for the nights that the $50 room voucher(s) are applied to.

14. What rates are not eligible to earn Easy Rewards points?
There are not many exceptions to what rates you can earn points for. However, the following types of stays are not eligible: 1. Most reservations made through online travel agencies such as Travelocity.com, Expedia.com, etc. 2. All reservations made through opaque travel sites such as Hotwire.com, Priceline.com, etc. 3. Stays that were complimentary or had $0.00 room revenue. 4. Guaranteed ‘no-show’ reservations.

15. Will I receive points on multiple rooms?
You can receive points for up to three rooms per night as long as all three reservations are made in your name and you pay for all three rooms. If you pay for more than three rooms per night you will still only receive three points.

Please allow five days for your stay and points to post to your account.

If the stay and points have not posted after five days, sign in to your account at AmericInn.com/Rewards and fill out the Missing Points form.

18. Are there restrictions on the $50 room voucher?
Just a couple, the room voucher can be used at any AmericInn on publicly-published rates and the room voucher is valid for one year from the redemption date. If the total stay charges are less than the total of the room vouchers used for a stay, the difference will not be reimbursed to the member. For full details, visit the terms and conditions.

To change or cancel a reservation made online, visit AmericInn.com and click “My Reservations.” You will need your confirmation number to change or cancel your reservation.
